First Baptist Church offers a wide variety of ministries dedicated to teaching children the Word of God.  There are age-graded classes, from Kindergarten to 6th grade that meet each Sunday morning at 10:00 AM.  The teachers of these classes make learning fun for the children, using games, videos and other activities to teach the timeless truths of the Bible.

“Bible Skills, Drills and Thrills” is a fun, interactive and innovative ministry that teaches children the books of the Bible, key verses in the Bible and important Bible truths.  There is a class for 1st-3rd grade and 4th-6th grade that meets each Wednesday night at 6:30 PM.

In addition, there are other opportunities for ministering to children, including Children’s Church on selected Sunday mornings at 11:00 AM, and Vacation Bible School in the summer. We love children and believe it is never too early to teach them the spiritual principles contained in the Bible.
